Flagship Retail Rollout, Samsung

Strategic Project Management Ensures Successful Delivery.
Artazan Property Group has been working closely with the retail design consultants Angley Arrowsmith and the retail fit-out contractors Shopworks on the 2012 and 2013 Samsung store rollout works. Artazan Property Group has been providing high-level strategic Project Management services to the rollout, which included the now trading George Street and Highpoint 'Hero' Stores & approximately 500 'store within store' installations at major appliances stores nationally.

Artazan Property Group are currently managing the final stages of the pre-Christmas program and planning the 2013 works schedule which will involve a number of states.



Achieving Objectives

APG's role involved coordinating
and managing the project team to ensure successful delivery of the retail offerings within extremely tight timeframes.

By providing the 'glue' between the Samsung team and designated shopfitters, APG ensured the rollout objectives were achieved.
