Artazan Property Group Secures its Future.

Building upon its established reputation within the Commercial/Retail sectors of the industry, and despite market skepticism, Artazan Property Group has developed plans to further extend its services into the hospitality arena and then to embrace Health, Education and Accommodation sectors in the near future.

The plan is scheduled over a five year period and in recognition of requirements necessary to qualify for this work, APG is well advanced in securing Quality, OH&S and Environmental certification. The advances are already made into the Hospitality sector, with appointments including The Bourbon, Potts Point and the Ivanhoe Hotel at Manly following on from the success of the staged Coogee Bay Hotel modifications.

Artazan Property Group is hopeful of securing further hotel work over the next quarter and is now looking to club land to fulfill its ambitions in the sector.

Given the attention schools received under the BER scheme, it has been decided to concentrate resources at the tertiary education level and Health sector following development of Hospitality.
