Myer Centre Brisbane
Artazan Property Group have been involved the audit of the Queen Street heritage façade for Colonial First State, developing the scope of works and tendering the works and are currently in the final stages of negotiation and pre-phases of construction.
Salamander Bay Shopping Centre, NSW
In the redevelopment of Salamander Bay Shopping Centre, Artazan Property Group has been appointed client representative and Project Manager for Colonial First State Global Asset Management.
Rhodes Shopping Centre, NSW
Artazan Property Group have been engaged by Mirvac in a project management role for the design and construction of the Fresh Food Precinct and Masterplanning of the existing food court and dining precinct.
Summer Centre, Orange
Artazan Property Group have been engaged by the building contractor in a design management role for the design and construction of a redeveloped shopping centre in Central West NSW. Phase 01 and 02 are complete with Phase 03 yet to be completed.
Broadway Shopping Centre
Artazan Property Group have been engaged by Mirvac in a project management role for a major tenancy changeover.
Bunnings Wallsend NSW
Artazan Property Group have been engaged by Bunnings in a project management / client representative role for a Bunnings store on Minmi Rd, Wallsend. Our involvement includes the tender process, assessment and engagement of a D & C Builder. On-site works commenced October 2012. Expected completion October 2013.
