RESIDENTIAL SUB-DIVISION
We are currently working across multiple residential subdivisions at various stages of completion.
This residential subdivision of farmland project involves rezoning, development approvals, negotiation of VPA; dedication and management of biodiversity offset land. The proposal allows for the development of an 80+ lot subdivision.
Medowie, NSW
Stage 1 involved preparation of a detailed report to BRI Ferrier on the proposed development including authority approvals, site constraints, planning controls, construction costs & revenue projections, land value and commercial options for consideration prior to Stage 2.
Sapphire Beachfront Estate
With project management of civil and landscaping complete, Artazan Property Group's ongoing role involves managing marketing and sales of the absolute beachfront and hillside lots after a strong response to post completion marketing.
RESIDENTIAL / EXECUTIVE RESIDENTIAL
Addison Road, Manly
Artazan Property Group have been engaged by Cambooya in a project management role for the refurbishment of five existing apartments. APG have prepared the scope of works and are currently in final negotiations, with completion expected for March 2013.
Private Residence, Palm Beach
Artazan Property Group is project managing alterations to an iconic Palm Beach residence. The scope of work includes management of the project from concept design through to tender documentation and construction.
