This residential subdivision of farmland project involves rezoning, development approvals, negotiation of VPA; dedication and management of biodiversity offset land. The proposal allows for the development of an 80+ lot subdivision.
Stage 1 involved preparation of a detailed report to BRI Ferrier on the proposed development including authority approvals, site constraints, planning controls, construction costs & revenue projections, land value and commercial options for consideration prior to Stage 2.
