Artazan Property Group recently managed yet another stage of
the refurbishment of this iconic hotel, the Beach Bar.
Artazan Property Group are managing the refurbishment of this prominent Manly establishment.
Artazan Property Group were engaged by C-Inc. Group as Client
-side project manager for the first Stage of this multi-staged
refurbishment. Provision of services included: master planning,
concept and design development for the proposed future
upgrades to the Hotel; and preparation of a suitable building
contract to provide additional certainty and risk minimisation for the Client.
APG's understanding of Authority constraints and expertise in assembling and managing capable project teams ensured necessary approvals were in place for trade to commence on receipt of practical completion.
